  • 1981: Professor Pete Alexander - Helping People Find Workplace Serenity

We know all too well how difficult life can be when we are under stress. Professor Pete Alexander certainly does. After working the majority of his life in a variety of high pressure jobs, Pete found himself stricken with stress related diabetes, specifically diabetic ketoacidosis. In fact he was hours away from slipping into a coma. That’s when he decided that his health had to come first. That was the day he decided to leave the high pressure world of corporate America and instead help those very people in that world handle stress.

  • 1980: Tricycle Week - Nothing to Be by Francis Dojun Cook (R)

To many people, the idea of their identity is very important.  To them, it's everything. With Buddhism it is the exact opposite.  An association with the self is a leading cause of suffering.  today, Francis Cook helps us understand that service to others is a path to liberation from suffering.

  • 1978: Tricycle Week - The Two Big Problems with the Spiritual Path by Andrew Holecek

On day two of Tricycle week I read a great article that talks about how even the thought of embarking on enlightenment creates a challenge. The intention of seeking a spiritual path is the very thing that keeps us from experiencing it. The notion that there is and isn’t a spiritual path reinforces duality that keeps us from experiencing anything but separation. Come listen to the alternative. :0)

  • 1973: Mary Ann Stancel - Connecting and Healing through Energy

Mary Ann Stancel is an energy healer. But instead of me telling you, let's hear from her.

"I dive deep into your body's energy, targeting atoms and electrons to provide profound healing from within. Just like the defibrillator revives, our bodies are electrically charged, and energy flows through us in remarkable ways.

My greatest joy is helping you forge a deep soul connection, release trapped energy and igniting your own healing abilities. It's like unraveling a vibrant tapestry of emotions, thoughts, and memories. As you let go, your vibration shifts, setting you free."

Today, she and I talk about a souls' journey and connection to source. Come listen
