  • 1815: Why Noise may Bother You in a Meditation.

When I first learned how to meditate I needed it so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Ironically, if there was noise, I would get so frustrated thinking I couldn’t meditate because of the noise. Today I know better. And hopefully, after this episode, you will too.

  • 1814: Meditation Wisdom - Lessons from COVID (Part 2)

This past week I tested positive for the corona virus. Yeah, it was challenging, but after a few days of chills, fatigue and no appetite, I started to get better. It took me an entire week to regain my health, but in the time of recovery, I learned some lessons. And they become clear because of my practice. Today I continue talking about the multitude of lessons I learned.
