In this episode we have our first interview, Austin Russo, VP of Gamma Plus joins us to chat about Gamma Plus entering the Barber space with the Absolute Hitter and Absolute Zero. We also discuss upcoming release of the ERGO clipper and EVO trimmer plus upcoming products like the PRODIGY and UNO foils shavers. 

Following on from the last episode where we discussed our best cordless trimmer of 2019 and best cordless clipper of 2019. We complete the BMA categories by revealing what we thought won the best barber foil shaver of 2019, innovation of the year and best Barbering release of 2019. 

Last year we launched the BMAs, The Barber Manufacturing Awards. The awards consisted of 5 categories, which were ultimately decided by the public vote. The 5 categories were Best Cordless Trimmer 2019, Best Cordless Clipper 2019, Best Barber Foil 2019, Innovation of the Year and Release of the Year. During the process were asked quite a few times to name our winner and as we didn't want our choice to influence the outcome of each category we just shared what we liked and didn't like about each nominee. Now we have the podcast, we thought his would be an ideal time to revisit those categories and let you know what item of equipment we though should have won.
