Hancé Boulden is a military combat veteran, writer, coach, and owner of Warpath Supply Co. After serving 20 years in the military, he left his career, went through a divorce, and reinvented himself through self-exploration. In our conversation we thoroughly discuss mental health, depression, and some of the pitfalls of poor therapeutic practices. We examined masculinity in modern culture as well as how we define it. Later in the podcast, Hancé explains why writing is the ideal medium for his own self-expression and how he plans to impact others.
