“Agalliao- Joy Culture.”

📝We started by getting a reminder that joy is a force that the Holy Spirit uses to bring dominion to the earth. Romansa 14:17.

📌 We also looked at some history, where people were not allowed to appear before a king with a sad countenance. No one could enter the king’s palace with sadness. This can be seen from Esther 4:1-2, Nehemiah 2:2. This also represents our relationship with the Father, and how we appear before Him. We must come with gladness.

📝 Some people wait for what they want to see before they release their joy. But instead, rejoice before you see the manifestation. John 8:56. Joy is the cause of good.

📌 3 ways joy is expressed:

a. Nuptial shout- the joy of the bridegroom. Isa 62:5

b. The Vintage Joy- Joel 1:12. Joy is the wheel that faith rides on. Isa 54:1.

c. The shout of war. Isa 42:13. One of the primary ways to release this is tongues. The force of joy that fights.

Remember, make it your disposition to always be joyful.

📌 One of the powerful things we learnt is that Joy is not the effect of good things, rather it is the cause. Psalm 2:1-5. Joy shouldn't be a response only to good things, but our response always.
📌The devil will always try to destroy our revelation, to bring offense and to cause hopelessness. However, we must be conscious against these and maintain our revelation of Joy.
Joy is also one of the forces through which the Holy Ghost exerts dominion on earth.
📌Some ways we release the manifestation of joy:
1. Singing. Isaiah 54:1-3
2. Laughing
3. Dancing. 2 Chronicles 20:3, 17.

Pst. Ayo taught powerfully on the topic: “Workings: Preparing for a New Season.”📌He emphasised that God looks at time, not in years or decades, but in days. His work is done in packets of days. We see this in Genesis 1:5, 8, 13; Psalm 118:24; 2 Peter 3:8; and Psalm 90:12.- And so, we must learn to prioritise our everyday, because that is what counts before God, and because it is the days that make up the year. If you can get a handle on your days, the year will follow suit.- Do not focus on the past you cannot change and the future you cannot control, instead, focus on today, which you cannot control.📌We also saw from scriptures that the night is prioritised as the start of a day. Genesis 1:5,8,13,19. If you win the night, you’d rule the day, so let your everyday start with an examination of your previous day. Psalm 16:7, Proverbs 4:26.- Prayer and meditation are keys to maximising your night season.🔑Another important key is Vision. Create a routine towards the vision God has given you. More importantly, towards the work of God. Nothing should be of higher priority.This word stirred us mightily and empowered us for all that we need to be prepared for the new year.

The first thing we see is that Christmas is about the Saviour. God coming as a man to save humanity.
The second is that God came to be with us. John 1:1-3,14. God came to dwell with man. Unlike the types and shadows in the Old Testament, where God had to dwell in a tabernacle accessible only to a few, He drew us close to Himself and now tabernacles in us! We are now temples of God.
Jesus came for our redemption, and to give us hope. He did not come to give us an idea of hope; He is hope itself!
The birth of Jesus changed everything for us. This is why we celebrate. We celebrate the moment eternity stepping into time.

In this sermon, we were reminded that our thanksgiving is not based on circumstances. We give thanks in everything. 1 Thessalonians 5:18.📌 We give thanks because we are commanded to, and because thanksgiving brings perfection to what God has done.🙌🏽 Our thanksgiving must be thoughtful, heartfelt, expressive and commensurate with the blessings we have received. As we give God thanks, we must also be watchful of greed, pride and any sense of entitlement.🤩 During the sermon, we were reminded to give thanks to God and even others and we did some practicals.😎😎We also had some people come out to share their testimonies and we were thoroughly blessed by them🥹

Pastor Ayo started by saying that every major event begins with an announcement, and no announcement is bigger than that of the birth of Jesus.Jesus came for several reasons: He came on an assignment— to reveal God to humanity, to save them, to destroy the works of the devil, to bring us to sonship, and to bring eternal life.He broke several misconceptions surrounding the birth of Jesus and showed us the significance of the arrival of Jesus.This beautiful event also demands something from us, and so we must respond accordingly: by believing, reflecting and representing Jesus. Today's teaching by Pastor Ayo, started with a foundation on the importance of Divine Leading. Proverbs 14:12, Proverbs 16:25.

📌He established that God is a speaking God. Throughout the scriptures, He spoke. And our Christianity is a voice-activated one. 1 Kings 18:26, 1 Corinthians 12:1.

📌 3 things we must understand:1.⁠ ⁠God has a master plan for your life. Ephesians 2:10.2.⁠ ⁠God is the master builder.3.⁠ ⁠The guidance of the Spirit is your birthright. Romans 8:14. Because you are a son of God, you are led by the Spirit of God. It is not a gift, but a birthright.

📌 Remember these:

🔘 God has given us the capacity to hear Him, you have to develop it.

🔘 To be led by God, you have to make a commitment to be led always. Not only when you want to be.

🔘 As long as you feel you can do without the leading of God, you won’t receive His leading.Pro 3:5-8.This was a powerful and insightful teaching.

There’s a version of your life God designed… but He will never force you into it.

You have to choose partnership.

Every man shares a generic purpose — to worship God and win souls.

But your specific purpose only comes alive when you walk with the Holy Ghost.

Not fear. Not flesh. Not your emotions.

Because whatever you don’t partner with the Spirit in… you’ll unknowingly partner with fear.

Psalm 127:1 reminds us: “Unless the Lord builds the house…”

Even Israel missed out whenever they tried to do life outside His will.

Great men like Moody, Tyndale… they discovered destiny by surrender, not strength.

And the world is still waiting to see a man who lays down his life in total consecration.

Tonight, choose partnership. Choose surrender. Choose the Holy Ghost.

Your natural destiny is limited.

Your prophetic destiny is waiting.

As Christ dwells in our hearts through revelation, we become rooted in the love that defines our identity.

From this foundation, we function in the consciousness of a God who does exceedingly, abundantly above all we ask or think.

And by the Spirit, He expresses this power through the gifts He has placed in us diverse in operation, but flowing from the same Spirit.

This is the Phaneroo life: Christ established in us, His power working in us, and His gifts manifesting through us.”

There are days when prayer doesn’t come easy.
When your heart feels full but your lips stay still.
When all you can do is breathe and hope Heaven understands.

And that’s where the Holy Spirit steps in.
He takes your sighs, your silence, your tears —
and turns them into language before the Father.
He translates weakness into worship.
Confusion into communion.
Silence into intercession.

Because prayer was never meant to be powered by words —
it was meant to be carried by the Spirit.

So even when you can’t find the words…
You’re not prayerless.
You’re just being helped.

📖 Romans 8:26 — “For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us…”
