A mich bigger shade structure than the previous sellers offered but could not deliver is now on schedule for end of December on the land I bought. Two 2500 gallon water tanks have also been miraculously sourced amd purchased and will be set up to capture storm precipitation from the steel roof. The first batch of shower tiles are installed, and more are coming to go up after ceramic insulation is resupplied. So much is happening!
