I share this conversation and strategy to inspire another way to word your why.

 

This way does tickle and does come from the pits of your purpose. 

 

I have adapted it from recently witnessing (like yesterday) a couple of wonderful humans physically change everything they were talking about in what and how they do and take my breath away in a sudden drop of cabin pressure. Their voices, their bodies, everything they were connecting to in that moment stilled the air in the room and silenced even the silence.

 

Everyone leaning in to absorb that sense being shared.

 

This is another way we can connect and collect to carry in our toolkit in the way we work—the key is to talk to one.

 

To help you, I share the language strategy that lays the structure for you to follow and build your wording way to knowing and sharing your why.

In this conversation with me, myself, and you in mind I walk you through the rooms that can move you from conceiving an idea to communicating it.

 

The ride is bump and a little distracted in parts with fun side streets stopping up to yell 'SQUIRREL' and just s quickly we land to make sense and know what the following three questions can do for us the next time we feel the pop in the passion of idea-ing.

 

Remember to ask each question aloud and notice your response (aka answer). Move only to the next question when you are confident you have all of your answer. And remember you can answer your way (i.e., writing, speaking, singing, dancing, feeling...find the way that words best for you).

Knowing what I know now, do I want to share this idea with someone else or not share it at all or circle back [insert your chosen time period] to ask these questions again?

From experience, the answers can fly at you in blinks of bees eyes, or they can waddle in the wonder over an hour or days. However, they travel for you when they ask, I recommend you shape your experience to be enjoyable in the process of asking and answering your way to what you need.

Okay, this is another vulnerable AF episode where I share a moment, my strategy for moving from an anxiety episode (without a triggering event) to calm in the conversation and techniques I do to move my mind and body to sync up to a workable level.

 

This is me moving from talking about something to modelling how it could be.

 

I'm not talking about it, I'm sharing it with you as I do it with myself. One of the most important parts of sharing wording and language here is for you to do you and you being the first one you go to for support. Often these moments occur when we are alone or outside of work hours, by building these skills by you for you...you can be the you you want more and more.

This episode is important to me, and I share it with the trust you'll take what you need from it. This is my sharing one of the sparks firing my passions and actions to shaping our experiences on our terms.

 

Today, I share with you my experience in a depressive episode. I share it for the purpose of hearing how words and language can create beauty in an experience. Not many are talking to be beautiful yet. Depression is a normal part of me. I believe this as it's been with me my whole life. Knowing what I know now in pairing my words with my focus and my behaviours, I can be strong in all the moments, show my people that I'm safe, and shape the behaviours of those in my orbit (even temporarily) to do as I need them to do.

 

Listen to the beauty and easing weight of a moment that will soon pass ... this I trust.

I realised today that I was thinking positive! I didn't mean to. I was just doing it after a thing happened I was reacting and responding calmly and almost inspired.

 

What the heck?!

 

In that moment I was tempted to undo what I was doing, even though it was working in the most wonderful way!

This one is for those that talk about 'switching-off' and 'social media detoxing'. 

 

While no one was looking, I did a thing. It wasn't big enough to register on your radar, but it has changed my world of being well each day in the biggest way.

 

Like all episodes, I recorded this conversation in a moment I was inspired to share.

 

It wasn't ready before now and because it's pants off Friday and I was in the shower...it made sense that it was the right time to share this little big experiment that takes something many talk about and how I'm walking in it now....and it's getting easier.

 

This is an example of moving my motivation from the stick to motivating myself through carrot-ing.

 

Listen loosely, because it's a freshed-inspired moment, I talk fast and with a wobble. The wobble makes it different and settles into your inspired pipeline easier because you already know all of this because you have said yes to 'switching off' or 'social media detoxing'.

 

I'm bringing a new angle of this dangle and a vibe that is contagious when you truly listen loosely. The words don't even matter in this one. Take the feeling you feel at the end and show it off for the rest of your day...
