It's funny who we choose to listen to, isn't it? Have you ever noticed, really noticed what you look for in their words, behaviours, and qualifications of someone you want to learn from?

Here's one view, a view that is changing as I discover what I discover, and I would love to hear what you realise as well. It's great to have multiple sources of information. Who do we start with? How do we compare them? Are we ready to believe?

Greetings are wonderfully unconscious words. How often do you ask, 'what have you been up to?' or 'how are you feeling?' only to kindly follow with a related example of your own. Here we grow awareness of relevance, need to know, and how we can grow our conversations (it's more fun than knowing all the goss!).

When, where, and how we unpack and grow our conversations is an easy talent that we can all strengthen. Here's me unpacking Nicole's words 'you are becoming known as the EXPERT.' Now, you can listen into a moment of what it is to become aware and shape it as my unconscious mind chose to play it out for me this morning.
