OCTOBER INTERSTELLAR TRANSMISSION

I'm going to continue with the discussion we've been having for the last couple of months. The next thing I'll be talking about, and spending time with this month, is the subject of fear, subconscious fears, and unconscious fears.

The card guiding the discussion this month is the Nine of Dreams from the Blood Moon Tarot, which is also the Nine of Swords.

So here we are again, in the realm of dreams and cognition. How can we trust our perception of the sense data coming through our filters? How do we interpret raw data, and can we always trust our interpretations?

The beauty of being human is our ability to tell stories. The challenge of being human is knowing which stories to believe. All of reality is a story. We are constantly telling, editing, distorting, interpreting, and perceiving. All stories can be rewritten, and all interpretations are up for debate. How, then, can we ever know what’s real?

Another challenge of being human is that we are not always aware of how raw data is being filtered, sorted, interpreted, and organized by our perception filters. This is something science calls the Reticular Activating System (RAS)*. I’m going to get nerdy for a second, so bear with me.

The RAS is so good at its job that we don’t even know it’s doing a job. We think we are simply receiving reality as it is, objectively. We stop at a red light and go at a green light—simple. Except it’s actually not. Millions of bytes of raw sense data (light, vibration, etc.) come in through our sense perceivers like eyes and ears, and are interpreted by the RAS. The RAS is a highly refined processing system in our brains that checks incoming data against everything we know, everything we’ve ever experienced, and everything we believe (consciously and unconsciously). This process happens so rapidly, we don’t even know it’s a process.

So, while sitting at that red light, you might blink 10 to 20 times. You don’t perceive those black screens because your RAS knows to edit them out, making your experience of reality smooth and seamless. There may have been other irrelevant sensory data filtered out by the RAS, as it wasn't necessary to notice at that moment.

Imagine that some sensed data didn't align with your belief systems. For example, a spirit guide, a soft voice of intuition, or a UFO. Your RAS would say, "Unnecessary information," and hit delete before it reached your conscious awareness.

This is why my talk about reality, perception, and filters isn’t just abstract—it’s based in actual neuroscience.

All reality is literally filtered through each human’s RAS. Perception of reality is based on factors like past experiences, future predictions, and belief systems. This is important because it helps us understand that much of how we experience the world is determined by what we already believe, often on a subconscious level. Anything that doesn’t match pre-established belief systems is simply deleted, unbeknownst to our conscious minds.

Most of our belief systems are subconscious, if not unconscious. This means that what we call reality is a filtered interpretation of raw sensory data. We’re not experiencing reality as it is, but rather as we are. This is why no two people experience the same reality.

I’m talking about this today because I want to explore something that has a profound effect on our perception of reality: our subconscious and unconscious fears. Most of us think we know what our fears are, but our deepest fears can be unknown to us. Many fear programs were installed into our consciousness when we were pre-verbal, inherited from caregivers, ancestors, genes, and social systems. These fear programs were installed before we could even talk.

Because of this, we often don’t know we are experiencing reality through a filter created by our subconscious fears. These fears are so deep because there wasn’t a single moment in time we can look back to and say, “That’s when I first got this fear.” The fear was simply a part of our personal, familial, and social environment. To our developing brains, this fear was indistinguishable from reality itself. Our conscious minds had no clue this fear filter was being established, and everything coming in through the RAS was run through that fear filter before it hit our conscious awareness. We perceived the fear story as reality itself.

This is why there are so many fear stories in the contact space—abduction, government conspiracies, evil entities, scary reptilians. Our culture is filled with them. Most contact mythology is fear-based, as it runs through cultural fear filters. Making this even more convoluted is that most contact happens on the subconscious level. If those subconscious fears haven’t been witnessed, it’s likely that contact itself will be distorted as it runs through them. Benign and benevolent contact can be distorted to appear malevolent.

Navigating contact is tricky. You must be willing to stay with yourself when your fears arise. Gently and lovingly question any fear stories and responses. When you have established a conscious contact pathway and set boundaries (simply by stating or imagining it), all contact is benevolent. Energies that don’t match that vibration won’t even find your conscious contact pathway. If you have a frightening contact experience after boundaries are in place, it’s likely a distortion caused by subconscious fears.

It’s not easy to move through. I still find my own contact experiences frightening. I’m still navigating my subconscious fears. Even though I understand what’s happening intellectually, my energetic system holds the imprint of fear, embedded before I could even talk. My contact experiences are often quite distorted.

Lyssa Royal Holt calls this part of the contact map the "Fear and Pain Band," where we face all our subconscious fears. Moving through it is a process that doesn’t happen overnight. In a recent workshop with Lyssa, I ask asked Sasha, a Pleiadian entity channeled by Holt, what I could do about this. Sasha said there’s no specific map to follow, but to relax into the fear and not fight it. The more you surrender to the fear, the more likely you’ll move through the Fear and Pain Band, and your contact experiences will become less distorted.

I’m still working through the Fear and Pain Band because of the fear stories embedded in me from childhood. Some people may not find their fear distortions as intense, but I was raised with the cosmology of devils and demons. I don’t consciously believe in them, but those distortions are so deeply embedded that contact can sometimes feel evil, even though I know it’s not. When I’ve stayed with the fear, I’ve begun to break through to the other side.

This work requires us to face our deepest fears, and it’s not for everyone. But if you feel called to it, it’s for you. There’s no rush. Contact will resume when your system is ready. Not all contact is intense or terrifying—there are degrees and gradients. Seeing our deep fears is a gift because it’s an opportunity to transform our perception of reality.

Above all, when it comes to contact work, we are not victims. It’s time to rewrite the victim-abduction story. We are conscious, consensual participants in the contact journey, and we are responsible for our perception of the contact experience.

I have more to say on this, but I’ll leave it here for now. This month, I’ll share more about subconscious fear filters and offer tools and practices to help rewrite fear stories.

SEPTEMBER INTERSTELLAR TRANSMISSION

Welcome to the September Interstellar Transmission.

September is going to be a big month. I have so many exciting things to share and so many things planned, and I also think there are going to be some surprises along the way, just because of the way things are dropping in for me at the moment, including this month's transmission.

After I did the dreams and Dream contact theme throughout August, I had actually planned on a different theme and trajectory for September. But my guides, my parallel self, interjected and intersected me at the pass, dropping in a new theme. Although I don't know if we can quite call it a theme, this is what is meant to come through.

Yesterday, when I pulled my tarot card of the day—I've been working with the Blood Moon tarot deck throughout the summer, ever since around the solstice—I like to swap out my decks seasonally just because I have so many tarot decks that I love, and I like to get a chance to use all of them.

However, I’m vibing so much with the Blood Moon Tarot that I’m going to keep using it a little while longer. It’s really aligned with the kinds of things I’m channeling and the kind of stuff that’s coming through for me. It’s opening up the tarot archetypes in a really multidimensional way that I’m really into right now—particularly the Suit of Dreams, which this tarot artist has renamed the suit of Swords.

It actually took me quite some time to understand why Swords would be Dreams because I often thought about dreams as this more watery type thing. I still do, especially when thinking about dreams as the subconscious. But I started to come into a more nuanced understanding of dreams and how this tarot artist was channeling this idea.

Anyway, yesterday I pulled my card of the day, and it was the Ten of Dreams, which is Ten of Swords in the Blood Moon tarot. Instantly, I had all these downloads coming in. I began my regular morning journal, which usually consists of one or two pages of journaling after I pull a card.

But very quickly, I started channeling, and I realized there was a lot to say. A lot started pouring out, and I went into a semi-trance channel space.

As I was about halfway through writing, I realized, “Oh, this is the transmission for September. This is what I’m supposed to be sending out.”

So here we are—this is it. This is actually ideal because last month we talked about dreams on many levels. So, I’m going to get started with the transmission.

First, we have this notion of dreams and how I’m obsessed with dreams and dreaming. That obsession is becoming even more pronounced as I continue my work and development, especially in the dream space and the dream time.

These are important terrains that hold keys and clues to unlocking and dissolving the doors and barriers between compartmentalized sections of consciousness. Taking my dreams more seriously has been a key component in the process of deep de-compartmentalization.

Secondly, there is the process of re-patterning, deprogramming, deconditioning, and reconditioning. The word "dreams" stretches farther and expands in meaning—dreams not just referring to a plane or state of consciousness, but referring to our actual perception of the world itself.

In truth, we are all dreaming. There are collective dreams and individual dreams. I feel I need to break this down further.

In Lyssa Royal Holt’s book Preparing for Contact, which I’ve referenced a lot and highly recommend, she talks about how one of the reasons it’s so challenging for humans and ETs to find common ground for meeting or contact is because we are not dreaming the same dream. Our perceptions of reality are so vastly different that it’s like we are not even on the same plane or field of existence. In fact, we are not.

One thing we’re doing as a human species right now is learning to dream new dreams. This is a more refined way of using the word "dream," which is why I think this tarot artist used it for the suit of Swords—air, the mind, perception, intellect.

This is not about dreaming at night or dreaming of the future. This is literally using the word "dream" in place of paradigm, in place of reality perception.

In this sense, we are all currently learning to perceive reality in a completely new way. This is the curriculum on Earth at this time. But it’s challenging because we are all at different stages of what we might call a full program update.

Many of us are dreaming vastly different dreams from those around us, even from those in our closest circles. What I mean is, we are all perceiving reality differently, which causes confusion, chaos, and conflict. We also try to control the rate at which those around us move through this update.

But trying to control this process, both in ourselves and others, is completely incorrect. We cannot rush a full software update. We all come with varying degrees of system programming, malware, and outdated software. This takes time and care to clear, reprogram, repattern, and update. It is not a simple, fast, or painless process.

So it’s incorrect and inappropriate to attempt to control the pace and timing of this software update—this update in the perception of reality itself, in others, and especially in those we perceive to be behind in the process or outdated in their perception according to our point of view.

These are often the people struggling most with the shift because their perception filters are embedded so deeply in their system that this update feels like a complete loss of self and identity—a death beyond their comprehension.

They are not yet able to see that this death is part of a natural process that will ultimately lead to rebirth. They can’t see that on the other side of this collapse of outdated reality filters is a way of perceiving reality that would “blow their minds”.

For many people, this phrase is literal. Their minds would short-circuit if they updated their reality filters too quickly. Their systems are not built to handle such a process.

Consider an old computer, say from the 1980s, and imagine attempting to run the latest Macintosh operating system through its hardware. The wiring could not even process such an update. They are not compatible.

This is the case with many on the planet who are bewildered by the shifts in perception happening now. They are not able to run the energy through their system or make the necessary updates. They are experiencing chaos, confusion, anger, disorientation, and disconnection.

But this is the nature of nexus points such as the one we are currently in. This is part of why you and I are here. This process is not easy or always fun. The best way to help is to allow this energy to run through your system and become skilled with these new energies and perception filters.

You cannot rush this process. Meet each new wave of energy as it comes, and allow your system to update moment by moment. Allow yourself to dream a new dream of reality and update your perception filters.

When it feels like death, know it’s just your ego gripping in fear to the old ways. The ego is afraid of dissolving and disappearing. You can reassure the ego, but you don’t need to let it control this process.

Being with your ego through these fears can give you patience and compassion for those you perceive to be less far along. If these shifts are this hard for you, imagine how much more bewildering it is for them.

This is not to excuse them, but to give you perspective and ease the isolation you may feel as your new perception filters come online. Send those people love and grace, then bring your focus back to your own process. You are not meant to control the pace of other people’s journeys.

As you open yourself to perceiving reality in new ways, it can feel disorienting. Like I said, it can feel lonely when no one around you sees what you see. You might wonder if you’re making it up or if you’re delusional. The desire to belong and feel safe can pull you back into the old ways of being, seeing, and relating, but those ways are outdated for you now. They are also outdated for the planet. The shifts we are all experiencing are because of this.

Do not be afraid to go first. The planet needs such leaders, and she has placed a call on your heart for a reason. It’s okay to be misunderstood. It’s painful, and you are developing the skills, resilience, and capacity to deal with that pain, but it is not personal.

Zoom out when you need to see the bigger picture of eternity and the infinite. Touch base with your star family and their galactic point of view to help reorient your vision, but then come back down to Earth.

Ground yourself in your body. Don’t let your energy float away just to avoid these shifts and disorientation. This is part of what you are here to help the planet and its people process.

There is a much, much bigger story at play, and you are a vital part of it. Trust the process. Trust your glimpses.

Know that you were born for this time.

AUGUST INTERSTELLAR TRANSMISSION

This August, we are going to explore the dream reality as a common ground on which contact can most easily occur. This phrase, "common ground," is one that I have learned from one of my favorite channels and contact teachers, Lyssa Royal Holt.

I highly recommend her books if you're into this topic. One of the things that Lyssa talks about, and what she channels through her interdimensional guides and extradimensional extraterrestrial guides, is that those of us who exist on the 3D or third-density physical plane are existing in a state of reality that most extraterrestrials, especially those in contact with us, don’t actually or can’t actually very easily enter. They have such a different density to their beingness that condensing themselves into the density required for them to actually interact with us on the level of waking consciousness is quite difficult for them, because it requires them to use up a lot of energy.

So what Lyssa talks about is that they need us on a common ground, and this has to do with brainwave states, basically. Most of us are in waking consciousness as beta brainwave state, which is how we do things. We talk to people, we think, we worry, we plan, we move around in time. We’re awake, we’re aware, we’re conscious, right? For the most part, we spend our time in beta brainwaves, and we have actually really prioritized the beta brainwave reality as the only legitimate reality, which is actually incorrect. Everything that happens in every brainwave state is just as real. It’s just real in maybe a different way than we’ve come to know real.

I’m going to be talking about this more later this month, so I’m really not going to go into depth on this. But that is why most often extradimensional or extraterrestrial contact occurs in alternate brainwave states or alternate states of consciousness. Lyssa Royal Holt and her channeled guides have labeled this the common ground. It is a state that both of us can access, maybe not easily, but definitely more accessibly. So we kind of shift our consciousness so that we can meet them, and they shift their consciousness so that they can meet us, and we meet on what we call a common ground.

One of the most accessible common grounds, especially in the beginning of contact, especially before you’ve begun to do much development on this, is in the dream state. Most ET or ED contact does not follow the rules of waking consciousness. This is because our star kin exist in different dimensions of reality and communicate via different dimensions of consciousness. Most of us are scanning the skies, waiting for a ship to land or a being to walk out and shake our hands. But that is the expectation of our ego anchors, who have a very compartmentalized perception of reality because of our egos' very compartmentalized experience of consciousness and because of societal programming that reinforces and conditions this compartmentalization.

We hold a belief that the only real experience is one that happens in our waking state, aka the beta brainwave state. Those of us who are witches and mystics developing our psychic and subtle senses know that reality extends beyond the tangible. Intuitively, we know this and understand this, and yet still, there are layers of conditioning we must remove. Of course, this is a gentle, incremental process, but there are layers of conditioning we must clear out before we can move beyond an intellectual understanding of this concept and into a felt sense of knowing. It’s at this point that we begin to decompartmentalize our consciousness.

What does it mean to decompartmentalize? Again, these are concepts I’ve learned from Lyssa Royal Holt, and I bring dimension to them from my own understanding and what my guides have shared with me. I will link to Lyssa’s books in this issue. To decompartmentalize our consciousness means to remove the barriers we have built up between our different states of consciousness, so that all states of consciousness become just as real as the ones we have prioritized in our current reality paradigm, aka waking consciousness.

When we wake up from a dream and say, “It was just a dream,” that is a compartmentalization. It’s not real, it happened in the dream state, so it’s not real. I don’t have to take it seriously; I don’t have to pay attention to it. One of the ways we can begin this decompartmentalization process is to stop diminishing and negating our dreams.

Instead of saying, “It was just a dream” and suppressing it, repressing it, ignoring it, moving on, we can ask ourselves: Was it just a dream, or was it real? Was it a real thing that happened in a state of reality that we aren’t used to accepting as reality?

When I say reality, it means we have to actually begin to unpack the word reality itself. Because right now, what most of us mean when we say reality is actually coming from that compartmentalized view—only the things that happen in waking consciousness are real. Anything else that happens outside of that—so things that happen in meditation, things that happen in your imagination, things that you receive maybe psychically or energetically, dreams you have, dream experiences you have—we negate those as not real.

Now, one of the nuances to this is that if you have a dream that someone you love passes away, for example, it doesn’t mean that that dream is real in the way that we think of reality now. It doesn’t mean it actually happened in that limited, narrow view of waking reality consciousness. No, of course it’s not real in that sense. But it is real on another level; it’s a real experience, and what happened there is, on some levels, just as real as what happens in waking consciousness. But it means expanding our understanding of what reality even is.

The reason this can be so confronting is because the ego—again, this is something I will talk about more later in the month—the ego really is only needed in waking consciousness. The ego is an anchor that keeps us grounded in our daily lives. But we don’t really need the ego so much in those other altered states of consciousness, and so it can be really frightening to the ego to expand its understanding of reality because it starts to worry that you’re not going to need it anymore.

So just here at the beginning—again, I’m going to go into this more later in the month—this is an invitation to just let your ego know that you’re not getting rid of it. You appreciate its role in helping you stay connected to the planet and connected to this third-density reality of your life that you live here on planet Earth, in this incarnation, as you. You can express gratitude for and reassure the ego, that identity part of yourself, that it’s not going anywhere, you’re not throwing it out. It gets to come along with you on this journey.

But at the same time, you’re not going to allow it to continue to dictate the boundaries of reality anymore.

Oftentimes, what we’re doing when we negate the reality of our dreams is we’re putting up a barrier between ourselves, our identity, our egos, and our dreams—a qualifier to help us put all the strange things that happen in dreams into a box of "not real" so that we don’t have to process things we don’t understand. What I’m trying to say here, and what we’re going to explore this month, is that the things that happen in your dreams are real. It’s just that dreams don’t operate on the same rules as the waking state, and this is actually one of the reasons why our ET friends can reach us there.

So next time you dream of contact, don’t dismiss it as just a dream. Consider your dream as another dimension of reality, a dimension of consciousness where your star kin can more easily reach you. Consider your dreams to be a common ground where contact can occur.
