JUNE QUANTUM CREATIVITY TRANSMISSION

The Quantum Creativity invitation for June is to locate your homing beacon when you’re feeling triggered, destabilized, or disconnected.

The swords are the realm of air, which is the realm of the intellect, the realm of the mind, the realm of thoughts, the realm of ideas and innovation.

And when there's a lot of noise happening, a lot of collective noise right now. People have opinions. People have viewpoints. People have clashing beliefs. People have clashing ideas. It's a very uncertain time on this planet right now.

It’s become even more chaotic in this specific time period, because a lot of the things that we once relied upon for a feeling of safety and belonging and security have shattered. What do I mean by that?

For a while, many of us were finding comfort and security in groups of others who were like minded—groups who agreed with us. We believed that if we could find a group to belong to, that shared our values and our beliefs, our opinions and viewpoints, then we could feel safe in that belonging. There was a feeling of the ground being sturdy beneath us.

But in the last several months, all of that has shattered because many opinions have changed. Suddenly, you find out you actually don’t agree on all the same things with people you once thought you agreed with. And the things you don't agree with them about feel like life or death.

That illusion of belonging in an ideological way to a group has shattered. And so now many of us are feeling that chaos and destabilization. We don't know where of if we belong. We don't know if we're safe.

And it has made it so that it's very challenging to ground into our truth and our gifts—and to even express ourselves because we've lost that sort of shield of safety that we once perceived ourselves to have within that group security.

And so now expressing ourselves feels even more vulnerable and frightening.

I believe it is actually more crucial now than ever that we all express our gifts, the truth we came to this planet to express.

The Four of Swords often comes up during times of chaos. When there’s lots of mind stuff, mental noise, mental chatter—the cacophony of other people's opinions.

And of course, we're being exposed on a regular basis to other people's opinions via the internet or scrolling on social media. We're seeing one opinion, then we're seeing another opinion. We're seeing this person's thoughts, that person's thoughts, and it all creates this sense of telepathic overwhelm.

This is all very Gemini-themed, by the way.

And this sense of overwhelm can become so great that we cannot hear our own hearts.

Four is a stabilizing number. You think of the four legs of a table, the foundation of a home having four corners, a pyramid having four corners. Four is a number of grounding and stability.

And so in the Four of Swords, we are encouraged to find our own sense of stability, to clear out the noise around us.

In the Four of Swords you enter the silent chamber of your own heart. You are with your own process. You can hear what you actually think, what you actually believe, and even more, what you truly feel.

The Four of Swords is a very supportive archetype for this point in time, because it is helping us to create the sense of mental clarity that we all crave.

And from this place of mental clarity, you can connect with your truth. Again, listen to the transmission from last month to get a better understanding of the prismatic, multidimensional nature of truth.

(Truth, by the way, comes up a lot in the swords suit because truth resides the air realm.)

So when everybody else is making a lot of noise, what is your truth?

And below, you’ll find a process I channeled from my guides that provides a tangible and accessible way to do this in real time.

EXERCISE TO LOCATE YOUR HOMING BEACON

When you are triggered by something that you see online or a comment someone makes:

* The first thing you're invited to do is connect with your body.

* A way that they recommended is through tapping. Tapping and breathing and feeling the sensation of being triggered move through your body. As you tap, extend a cord down from your root center into the core of the planet and connect with Earth energy. And as you tap and breathe, feel all of these triggered sensations move down down your central channel and out through your root. Send this energy to be transmuted by the earth.

* Here is a simple six-point tapping exercise:

* Next, close your eyes and take some deep breaths and connect with the galactic core. The galactic core is the center of our galaxy. You don't have to see it to know that it's there, but the galactic core has a pulse and it thrums the pulse of life.

* One way to connect to it is by connecting to your own heartbeat. Put your hand on your heart, breathe and feel your heart beating beneath your hands. And just imagine that galactic core pulsing like a heart at the center of the galaxy. And breathe into that. Align yourself with that pulse of life.

* It's a way of connecting to something that's bigger than you. And really, the galactic core is the heart of life at the core of our entire galaxy. You can feel an echo of that with the way that your heart beats and with the way that your blood flows through your veins.

* Now, connect with our sun—Sol. Breathe into the sun and imagine connecting with solar energy is a way of connecting with higher self energy.

* It's a way of connecting with your truest expression. It's a way of connecting with who you came to this planet to be. Breathe into that solar energy.

* You might even contemplate your sun placement in astrology. Just feel the sensations that come up in your body when your think of your zodiacal sun placement.

* The final piece of this is to energetically connect with the person who posted the triggering content.

* Whether it's that you feel inadequate or a sense of shame. Maybe you feel guilty, maybe you feel anxious, maybe you feel angry at them—it doesn't really matter.

* What they instructed me to do was to allow their post or whatever to be there and allow them to be in their feelings about whatever it is I agree or don't agree with. Just be their witness. Witness them from afar.

* In your mind or out loud, say, “I see your pain, I see your heart, I trust you, with you, I believe you.”

* And even if you don't agree, even if you think their opinion is wrong, you are acknowledging their sovereignty as a human being and you're connecting with their humanity beyond the noise.

* Often when we see something, especially something we disagree with, we become defensive of our own viewpoint and go automatically into arguing mode.

* You can have your opinion, that person who triggered you can have their opinion, but you also acknowledge and honor their sovereignty when you just let them make their choices. Don't presume to have control over their choices, their beliefs, their viewpoint, and their expression.

This is quite challenging, and it is really advanced energy work, so go easy with yourself.

But if you can go through this process whenever you’re triggered, it will be very powerful for you and it will re-orient you to your heart’s homing beacon and reconnect you with your authentic self.

MAY QUANTUM CREATIVITY TRANSMISSION

HIGHLIGHTS

The Quantum Creativity invitation for May is to allow yourself to exist on a multidimensional level. And allow yourself to speak what you know to be true.

And truth is tricky because truth isn't just about what's visible. Truth isn't just about what we see in material reality. Truth isn't just about what's happening on the news. Truth isn't just about what you can verify with evidence. Truth isn't just about what's tangible.

Truth is prismatic. Truth is non-binary. Truth is dynamic. Truth is multidimensional and infinite. Truth expands beyond our known reality.

May is a time for living into the multidimensional nature of truth. For allowing yourself the audacity to live into a new reality—and to whatever degree is possible for you (remember: this isn’t about perfection or doing it all at once), to speak, create, and express from a place inside yourself that is not bound by the visible reality, but that is grounded by a deeper truth of the expansive nature of reality.

These kinds of speech, expression, and creativity, are not always easily understood by the masses, because they spring from a place that is more universally true than provably true.

This kind of truth isn't provable by “science”. This kind of truth comes from a place inside yourself that vibrates at a profound resonance.

When something resonates with you, that means it is vibrating at the same frequency as you. And you cannot fake that. You cannot pretend that away.

And sometimes the things that vibrate at the resonance of truth within your being. Will seem ludicrous to other people.

The invitation this month is to speak, express, create from that place anyway.

Tips for Accessing Your Truth

* social media breaks

* EFT tapping

* salt baths

* take a week off from asking for advice

* start the morning with 5 minutes of meditation + deep breathing

* tune out all external noise

* unfollow/block all accounts + voices + news sources that regularly trigger you + send you into an existential panic

* read the news intentionally in set blocks of time

* ask your self a question, pay attention to how your body responds—start with benign questions then progress to more weighted ones

* How am I being supported to truth the resonance of my truth right now?

* How can I support myself when I feel destabilized by conflicting/contradictory/paradoxical truths?

* How am I being invited to hold paradox right now?

* How does anchoring into my authentic frequency serve the world?

* What is an untruth (for me) that I am being asked to release?

* How am I being supported to release it?

This is not so we become less “out there” but rather, so we can travel “out there” without losing connection with Earth.

MARCH QUANTUM CREATIVITY TRANSMISSION

HIGHLIGHTS

The quantum creativity theme for March is “be who you came here to be.”

During my reflections on “embrace your villain era” throughout the month of February I started thinking about how once you have released control around what people think of you, then you get to really soften and live.

Our ICONIC LUMINARY for March is ANNE SHIRLEY from the Anne of Green Gables series. Like Lucifer, Anne is also beacon to outsiders, weirdos, freaks, artists, dreamers

…but she shows us how to integrate our weirdness, soften our edges, dissolve our armour, and open our hearts.

The cards I pulled for the theme of the month are: Starseed (aka “The Fool”, from The Starchild Akashic Tarot) and “The Void” (The Starseed Oracle.)

The fall from grace is a crucial point in this journey of authentic self expression. The fall is crucial point because we have to reach a point where we are no longer craving the approval of others more than we crave our own self satisfaction.

But we don't want to get stuck in the fall, or identify with the fall so much that it becomes a part of what colors our interactions with everyone.

If we we do, we will start to walk through the world defensively, assuming: “No one will understand me, no one will get me.”

Because then we build up walls around our hearts and walls around ourselves—we become closed-off and self-protective.

We protect ourselves against the projections of others. We protect ourselves against misunderstanding.

We go around the world with armour on—and in doing so, we also hide ourselves.

So what I really like about moving into this “starseed” energy for March is that we are invited to become openhearted—even when people don’t “get” us.

And we have to move through that Lucifer Morningstar energy—that feeling of being rejected and cast out—so that we can emerge starry-eyed and undefended.

Anne Shirley is a romantic, relentless dreamer.

She sees the world through a veil of stars and roses. Despite her love-starved childhood, she moves through life with unshakeable hope—both in the world and in the people she encounters.

Anne assumes the world—and the people in it—will rise up to meet her on that level.

People definitely don’t get her—but this is not a problem to Anne. Or at least, it’s really not her problem.

She knows that they don’t misunderstand her out of malice, but because they cannot see what she sees.

This archetype teaches us what it is to live in two realities:

the reality of the world we're seeing and experiencing, and the stories that this world is telling us about what's possible, what's true, what we're capable of—all of that.

and the reality we know is coming. The reality we know is possible. The dream world that we see transposed over the world around us at all times.

And we know that when people don't understand, it's not personal. It's not an attack. Even though they might sometimes attack us, their misunderstanding comes from a fundamental inability to what you're seeing—for now, anyway.

When we get tired of the story that “no one understands us”: that's when we can really soften into our truest, deepest selves, make the impossible possible, and conjure a new reality from the imaginal realm.

I invite you to think about ways you can be who you came here to be.

To notice where you’ve built up armour and protections around yourself to keep people from seeing you, to prevent people from misunderstanding you.

Start to play with ways you might soften that armour.

Be more open hearted.

Let people misunderstand you—it's not personal.

It's not even about you. It's about them. Their perception of you isn’t for you to manage.

Be who you came here to be.

The quantum creativity theme for February is “embrace your villain era.”

During my reflections on “creating from your alien frequency” throughout the month of January, I started thinking about how your authentic expression can kind of naturally lead into being perceived and labeled as the villain by others.

When you're authentic and expressing from that authenticity, when you're expressing from beyond the limitations of the frameworks of the dominant culture, you will be often misunderstood. You'll often be mischaracterized and even villainized by the people who don't get it, or even those who wish you wouldn't be doing what you're doing because it creates disruption and discomfort—and ultimately change. Human beings are naturally hardwired to resist against change.

Our ICONIC LUMINARY for February is LUCIFER MORNINGSTAR from the TV show Lucifer—and throughout the month, I’m going to share everything this character represents to me, and yhy he is such a powerful archetype for those of us who identify as outsiders, weirdos, freaks, artists, dreamers.

The cards I pulled for the theme of the month are: 4 of Swords (The Starchild Akashic Tarot) and “You’re Not for Everyone” (The Starseed Oracle.) Together, these cards illustrate and embody the frequency of what I wish to communicate, what I would like to hold us through this month as we explore the concept of being willing to be the villain in someone else's story. They’ll support us in tending any hurt feelings that will come up when we express our authentic truth and someone mischaracterizes or villainizes us against our willl—as can happen once we start to express our truth.

Even as you magnetize those who are meant to see you, you may also magnetize those who don't get it, don't like it—and want you to stop. And I don't want us to approach this from any sort of fear based perspective. But I do think it's important to sit with and deepen our capacity around.

The 4 of Swords provides a really stable and grounding support that we can rest in when these situations arise. Speaking your truth, sharing yourself, expressing authentically will at times ruffle some feathers—even if you're not trying to ruffle feathers. It's just a reality of the fully expressed creative. And so with the 4 of Swords we've got four, which is a number of stability and support. And we've got the Swords, which is the element of Air, the realm of the Mind.

This card offers a pathway to safeguard ourselves and our Minds and our thought patterns. When we are on our authentic path and other people decide to tell themselves stories about what our authentic path means to them. When that happens, all kinds of stuff can come up: we get triggered, we feel hurt. We feel misunderstood, rejected, outcast, exiled.

The 4 of Swords says we are allowed to carve out a boundary around the shape of our experience, that other people get to have their own experience. Other people's thoughts about us do not have to seep into our thoughts about ourselves. The 4 of Swords really supports us in creating boundaries around our experiences and boundaries around our choices and boundaries around our autonomy. And the 4 of Swords really supports us in not being people pleaser.

So that's what we're going to be experiencing and playing with and moving through for the month of February. We’re going to experiment with how to hold our own, even in the unpredictability of what other people think or say about us. And learn how to get grounded in our own perception of our own selves, despite what other people may say or think.

JANUARY QUANTUM CREATIVITY TRANSMISSION

Your alien frequency is a version of you that hasn't been influenced, conditioned, programmed by human rules, constructs, realities, and ways of being.

You could consider your alien self as a metaphor to play with. As an archetypal exploration, your alien self would look around at the world and say, what is happening here? What is this?

Close your eyes and imagine allowing your “alien self” to fill your being. Open your eyes and look around.

What would it be like to see the world around you, to see your life? To see your relationships, your projects through the eyes of someone who had zero context for what they were seeing? With zero preconceived notions about what they were allowed to make, preconceived notions about, who they were allowed to be, preconceived notions about how they were allowed to exist in this world?

That's your alien frequency.

It's the the part of you that isn't limited by the rules of human society, or the rules of the culture, or the rules of the dominant paradigm. It's the part of you that is completely weird, completely wild, completely free and unrestrained and audacious.

What would it would be like to create from this alien frequency? You might feel a bit more freedom. You might not feel limited by things that people have told you that you could do. You might not have false constructs around like what your identity is or what you can make based on your identity.

Embodying your alien frequency allows you to create and make and dream from a truly quantum space, a space where there are no rules and nothing is predetermined. You’re truly just allowed to get wild, wacky, freaky, and weird.

Let's just talk for a second about the notion of Ziggy Stardust. So, Ziggy Stardust, I'm sure you know this, but Ziggy is a persona that David Bowie created to embody on stage and in his music. Something that happened when David did this is that it allowed him to play with his expression on stage. In the book Strange Fascination by David Buckley there are several notable quotes on Ziggy Stardust":

“Ziggy was in part a defense mechanism. It was less scary to play him on stage than be David Bowie.”

“Ziggy started out as an artistic conceit for himself as a writer and performer. Bowie intended to play Ziggy, not become him.”

“Revealingly, by 1973, Bowie was referring to ‘Bowie’ as if it was a media creation, like a fan enthusing about a pop star, not a real person talking about himself. Bowie was an abstract, an idea, not a real person at all. Bowie, like Ziggy, was just another character for David Jones to play."The boundaries between all three were dissolving fast.”

“What started out as an artistic exercise for Bowie, the creation of a plastic rocker who would live out his thrills vicariously on stage for him soon collapsed into confusion for both the singer and his fans. Bowie's audience began to blend the real Bowie with his altar-ego and began reading Bowie as Ziggy. In reality, this tendency was encouraged by Bowie himself.”

“Bowie was attaining rock mythological status by becoming one huge aggregation of real and imagined personalities, as if releasing an alien virus. Bowie had set in train the idea of ‘David Bowie’, a one man collective of media personae changing form and content, rapidly shedding personalities like unwanted shards of skin and inhabiting different terrains of pop music and culture in the process.”

There is power in playing a part as we create and the characters we subtly or perhaps not so subtly embody give us the courage and the audacity to put our magic into the world.

For me, it's often red lipstick. It might seem like a small thing, but in a way I'm embodying specific aspects of my personality. When I wear red lipstick, I more easily embody the parts of me that are more voyeuristic, that demand to be seen, that dare you to look at me. In some ways, red lipstick gives me the courage to embody parts of myself that are more bold and daring and visible and vulnerable.

More of us have ‘Ziggy’ aspects of our personality and embodiment than we realize, and I wonder what power we might harness harness if we were to make those parts of ourselves more conscious? To really play with our archetypal selves instead of subconsciously being played by them?

What if we played with the idea that life itself is theatre—and whether it actually is or not, what happens to our experience when we approach it as such? When we imagine that are gods playing a part—or many parts?

To embody your alien self in your creative process is to allow yourself to create from this part of yourself—and it might even be fun to imagine your alien self as a character. Give it a name, or think about what it looks like. What kinds of clothes does it wear? Does it wear make up? Play with different forms of of physical expression that would help you express how that alien frequency feels to you.

What kinds of art would this alien self make? What kinds of words would it use? What kinds of things would it write?

When you're kind of like playing with this embodiment of this alien persona, you don't have to know where you're going. You don't have to know the next step. Allow yourself to make what you’re feeling in the moment. Let it it to be this weird, wacky embodiment of a strange and undefined part of yourself.

Our card for this month is The Star. When I saw the card, I had a vision of orienting toward true north. In navigation, the North Star is Polaris. The nature of Polaris is fixed. It is instincts. It's anchored in the sky no matter where you are. And by finding that star you find north—and then you know where you are.

Your alien self communicates to you in that same way. Like you don't necessarily need to know what the grandest vision of your life is or what all you're going to create. But by orienting toward the North Star that is your alien self—which is another way of saying the part of you that isn't touched by the limitations of the systems of this physical human reality—you don't have to know exactly what you're doing.

You just make the next decision, and the next—guided by your orientation toward your alien self.
