#002: A Spiritual Birth.

I sat down with Lizzy Criner from @thehealingshed to talk all things birth. In this Episode we are looking at birth from an emotional and spiritual point of view.

We are talking about what it’s like for a baby to be born, what happens to a woman when she becomes a mother and we are diving deep into the wisdom that our children are our greatest teachers. We are also looking at what we can learn from our own birth and how that can help and support us through life and so much more.
