I sat down with Dan Kurlapski from @yes_and_co to talk about all  things misidentification and the big question ‘Who am I?’ How do we go from becoming somebody to letting go of all of that and finding our way back to our true essence, our true self?

We are talking about how important it is to be present in the here and now, that reality is constantly moving and why we still feel empty when we are reaching our goals. We are discussing the ego construct and what changes when you can start living from a state of love rather than a state of ego.

Dan is such an amazing human, holding a wealth of knowledge and wisdom being so immensely passionate about helping others to find their way back to themselves. He believes in connecting the human with their truest expression of Self, building their capacity to serve the collective from a healthy, embracing and thriving state whilst having a regenerative influence on the planet.

I really hope that this conversation will inspire you to ask yourself the question: ‘Who am I?’ and to listen deeply to what is already inside of you, so you can start peeling back the layers to find your way back to your true self.
