I sat down with Laura Pike from Flourish Lane Coaching @flourishlanecoaching to talk about all things holistic coaching. 

We are talking about Laura’s holistic approach of coaching and the different elements and methods that she is using in her coaching practice. We are exploring Positive Psychology, Emotional Clearing and her work with The Spiral.  

Working with actors, creatives, mums and anyone who wants to make a difference in their lives, her empathetic nature allows her to provide a nurturing space to help people release emotional conditioning and achieve what they desire in the areas of life most important to them. 

Laura is such a beautiful soul who feels called to help people who desire to embody deeper levels of authenticity, self-love, self-worth and self-awareness while achieving their creative dreams.
