I sat down with Brandon Srot to talk about all things Trauma.

We are talking about what comes to mind when people think of Trauma, how we define it and what it really means? We are exploring big T traumas and little t traumas and the Bottom-Up approach that Brandon is using when working with his clients. We are  talking about how you know that you are carrying Trauma and how it can potentially hold you back in life.

Working with people from all walks of life, Brandons immense knowledge around Trauma and Grief as well as his empathetic nature allows him to support people when they need it most. 

Inspired by questions of human existence, the meaning of life and purpose, Brandon welcomes people on a journey of discovery and growth.

This is such an important conversation to have. So many of our day to day issues can be linked to previous trauma that is unresolved and we need to normalise the conversation so people who are struggling can feel more free and supported to speak out and look for professional help.
