Próspera is a private city and special economic zone on the island of Roatán in the Central American state of Honduras. The city is an autonomous zone with private government and its own fiscal, regulatory and legal architecture

A couple of weeks ago whilst I was in Montenegro attending the New Cities and Network States weekend at Zuzalu, Timothy Allen got to sit down with one of the founders of Próspera, Gabriel Delgado and he ran over the latest news from the project including buildings and infrastructure progress, as well as future plans and an update on their ongoing complications with the Honduran Government.
