In this episode I look at the perception of different symbols, like the confederate flag, American flag, Pepe the Frog, is influenced by those who hold power. I discuss what symbols actually represent and the power in those symbols themselves, as well as the ability to decide for others, through institutional power, what a symbol represents. We discuss the racist term, "latinx" as well.
