Today I was joined by former Leinster, Munster and Connacht Rugby player Steve Crosbie aka The Sauna fella from the Forty Foot. After Steve hung up his boots, he set his sights on a new adventure, combining sports recovery and his love of swimming in the Irish Sea into something special and he set up Fad Saoil Saunas. The mobile Suana which you would have seen parked up at the Forty Foot in Dún Laoghaire, was a massive success with swimmers looking to up there wellbeing. We chat about mental wellbeing and how we overcame setback and challenges in life.
