Titus is of course very knowledgable about governance models from this time in history and we spend our time exploring the rise and fall of free imperial city models and what it might have been like to live within such a system as well as discussing what, if any, lessons we may be able to learn from these historical Free Cities in oder to apply them to their modern day incarnations.
