This is the last episode of 2023! Thank you to all our listeners this year!

This episode is brought to you from Hamilton Ontario, where the forecast is foggy, dreary and bleak. Just like Canada's economic forecast! To turn things around we need people to tough out harsh weather, not see the sun for weeks on end, and  commute in bumper-to-bumper traffic. All with the possibility of not being able to afford a home. Where can we find such people? 

Well, leave it to the experts! Canada is now accepting hundreds of thousands of immigrants and non-permanent residents every few months. Unfortunately, our housing supply is struggling to keep up. Where are all these people going to live??
