Today I was joined by Dave Kerrigan who shares his inspirational story of overcoming fear. Dave went for an MRI for shoulder pain only for a doctor to inform him of a tumour on his spine which only a life changing surgery could remove, he went on to make a full recovery. We talk about fear, anxiety, being grateful and how to adapt to difficult situations in life.
