Operators continue to call Michael and Joe to ask for help with their TMs finances. PWC 2023 Employee Financial Wellness Survey said 57% of employees cite finances as their top source of stress surpassing work, health or family issues. Same study said financially stressed employees are twice as likely to seek new employment.
