Is weight loss without diets even possible? And if it is how do we go about it?

There are literally millions of women out there who I know would love to give up a lifetime of diets. But they also don’t want to give up on the dream of weight loss. Which means many of us are stuck in a catch-22. Miserable being on diets all the time even though we’re often not getting the long-term results that we crave. But fearful of what will happen if we give up diets for good.

So, in this week’s episode we’re going to be uncovering:

- The dilemma between wanting to give up diets, but feeling like we’re giving up on ourselves if we stop.

- The very real fears that we have about letting go of a lifetime of diets.

- Why we’ve become disconnected with what our bodies need, and how we go about regaining that connection for better nutrition.

And ultimately, we’ll talk about the very best strategies for giving up diets, while still looking after yourself in the best possible way, and ultimately feeling so much better about yourself.
