Work Wives unite! From self discovery to big risks, Prestonne shares her yoga journey through both an entrepreneurial and relational lens. After six years of in-person classes, the pandemic gave birth to online partner yoga classes to increase play, intimacy, and relationship richness. Creating authentic community takes time, great support systems and positive, value-aligned partnership in all ways! About Presonne: 

 In January 2014, Prestonne and  Nicole Whitman partnered to open Yoga Generation in Coquitlam bringing aerial yoga to the Tri-Cities. The two have since opened the second location of YogaGen in Pitt Meadows.

Prestonne’s goal as a yoga teacher is to inspire kindness, compassion and gratitude towards others, and most importantly towards oneself.

She has completed over 500 hours in yoga teacher trainings, specializing in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Prestonne holds a BA from SFU, where she studied communications. 
In Prestonne’s class you can expect a focus on pranayama and deepening the connection with your body through the breath. Come ready to play, laugh, relax and rejuvenate your body through deep breathing and lots of stretching. Prestonne encourages her students to listen to their bodies, while simultaneously testing their limits and growing both in a physical and mental capacity.
