He has been investing in real estate since 2002 and since then, always used a “value-added” approach to identify single family flip, buy-hold, and multi-family deals. He helps to educate thousands of people daily on his radio show and work with investor groups worldwide to implement market-driven strategies that have the highest potential for success.   Abhi talks about the mindset and the psychology of the deal and also shares how to build teams, analyze real estate deals and also shares his view on the current real estate market.
