Ben began his military career as a royal marine joining as a teenager and in today's episode, we discuss the various aspects of the physical and mental disciplines and habits that have enabled Ben to become a successful operator and go on to develop himself in other aspects of the military which for obvious reasons we do not discuss in-depth in today's podcast.
