This week we got to chat with a modern day healer. After finishing a Living Full in Vancouver livestream with Chase where he guided us through breath work, meditation and sound bathing (find it here) we couldn't help but invite him onto Bombshell Brunches. We talked about his journey battling depression and self-identity, how he found the healing power of sound and how one can create the life of their dreams while doing what they love.

About Our Guest: 

Chase Trellert has traveled the world in search of different healing modalities to share with friends, family and those in his local community. His journeys have lead him as far as the Jungles of Peru to train with Shaman, to the Andes of Ecuador to learn ancient yogic practices and to South East Asia to Meditate with Monks. He combines many different modalities to weave a unique healing experience for all who attend his sessions. Chase’s Sound Healing Journey began while he was living in Australia, after hearing the didgeridoo for the first time. Since then he has collected all sorts of instruments with the singular goal of providing healing.
