Photo taken supposedly capturing the figure of a ghost girl looking out the window, circled in yellowHistory of the Myrtles PlantationPat explores the history of this famous haunted house. Built in 1797 by David Bradford, the house was originally called Laurel Grove. The house and it’s slaves were passed down through the family until 1831. The house is currently a bed and breakfast with multiple tours daily.
The DebatePat and Rebecca debate if the plantation is haunted. The most popular legend is that of a young slave girl name Chloe who supposedly poisoned the owners daughters and wife. However, there is no proof of this story. But there is evidence of ghosts on the property with many photos, sightings, noises, and moving furniture. Unless you don’t believe any of it.
