However, we're kicking off season 2 with last season's 1-start reviews and talk about how we plan to improve! To stay on theme, we will also be looking at 1-star reviews left for hospitals and explain why we think healthcare is getting worse! The general public doesn't see our side, so in this we really want to flesh out the issues and get our point of view into the limelight.
