During this month's challenge we are working to be more intentional with our use of digital devices and this includes using social media. A community member, Laura, inside of the Real Talk Tribe, asked a great question and I thought it would be of value to those who listen to the podcast.
Laura asks, "Does anyone have any tips for not getting sucked into social media if you can't avoid it entirely? Every time I want to post something for work, I have to log into my personal Facebook, which pulls up my personal feed, and then I get sucked into scrolling."
