Im September wird ein weiteres großes Jubiläum gefeiert: das Home Assistant-Projekt wird stolze 10 Jahre alt. Durch die fast unerschöpfliche Menge an Integrationen verschiedener Hersteller hat sich die Software schnell verbreitet und ist für viele nicht mehr wegzudenken. Home Assistant ist, insbesondere als HA OS, schnell in Betrieb genommen und weiß mit einer einfachen Web-Oberfläche zu überzeugen. Zusammen mit Pascal Vizeli, einem der Home Assistant Core-Entwickler, besprechen wir die Geschichte und aktuelle Entwicklungen des Projekts.
