1. Accept that your life and lifestyle has changed and applaud yourself
2. Find positive ways to increase your dopamine levels, such as exercise
3. Read; research and learn how to understand yourself
4. Celebrate the milestones of your sobriety journey
5. Count your days of sobriety
6. Start your days early
7. Label your triggers
8. Remember the bad times
9. Work on your mental strength
10. Focus on something you love that means more to you than anything else in the world
