One of the hardest things we face in our careers is knowing when it’s time for something to end, whether it’s a career path, a job, a business partnership, or an idea for a project or offering. I’ve found that the problem isn’t usually whether we or not we know it’s the end, it’s the questioning and second-guessing that we put ourselves through.

It’s incredibly refreshing to look out upon other animals and plants and see that there’s adaptation free from all the drama we humans create. If something isn’t working, a smart plant or animal will adapt or try something new in order to get what they need. They don’t keep pushing and prodding out of obligation or a case of the “shoulds.”
