เมื่อวานแนนทำคุกกี้เนยใส่ช็อกโกแลตชิปค่ะ
ส่วนผสมก็มีแป้งสาลี เนย น้ำตาล เกลือ ผงฟู แล้วก็ช็อกโกแลตชิปค่ะ
ก่อนอื่นก็ต้องตีเนยค่ะ
แนนใช้เนย 200 กรัม
หลังจากตีเนย แนนก็ใส่น้ำตาลลงไป 90 กรัม แล้วก็ตีต่อค่ะ
จากนั้น ใส่แป้งสาลี เกลือ แล้วก็ผงฟูลงไปค่ะ
แป้งสาลีทั้งหมด 240 กรัม แต่ว่าต้องค่อย ๆ ใส่ ค่อย ๆ ตีนะคะ
แล้วก็ใส่ช็อกโกแลตชิปลงไปผสมค่ะ
สุดท้าย ตักคุกกี้เป็นชิ้น ๆ ชิ้นละประมาณหนึ่งช้อน
แล้วก็อบ 15 นาทีค่ะ
