Many of us struggle with comparison and feel that everyone must be happier than we are. I related a lot to swirling thoughts keeping you awake. You've said FOMO is one of the main things that kept you awake at night! When did you first become aware of that tendency? 

Why do you think so many of us struggle to process emotions? It's one thing to realize we need change... How did you start creating change in your life?
