As a new year begins, it’s easy to get swept up in the pace and pressures of the world around us. But what if, instead of chasing more noise, more striving, or more control, we learned to move in step with the rhythms of God’s Kingdom?

Kingdom Rhythms is a January series focused on the spiritual rhythms God invites us into—practices that draw us closer to Him, shape our hearts, and transforms the way we live. Together, we’ll explore ancient rhythms like prayer and worship, love, forgiveness, and rest (Sabbath)—not as religious checklists, but as life-giving practices that ground us in God’s presence and align us with His purposes.

We won’t pretend to know what this year will hold. Scripture reminds us that life is often unpredictable. But we can prepare our hearts. We can choose to lean into the rhythms that sustain us, anchor us, and help us walk faithfully through whatever comes our way.

As we learn to live from these Kingdom rhythms, we also discover how God uses us to come alongside others—offering grace, encouragement, and a helping hand to those who may be weary or in need.

This January, let’s slow down, listen closely, and learn to live in step with the rhythms that lead to lasting hope, deeper faith, and transformed lives.

In this final episode of our 'Presence of Christmas series, we turn our attention to one of the most familiar and yet most profound passages in all of Scripture—Luke 2:1–20. Together, we reflect on the birth of our Messiah and the quiet, holy moments surrounding the night God stepped into the world in the most unexpected way.

Our conversation explores the wonder of the shepherds being the first to hear the announcement of Jesus’ birth—ordinary people invited into an extraordinary moment. We consider what that must have been like, the awe, the fear, and the joy, and we notice the simple but powerful obedience of so many characters in this story who responded immediately to God’s leading.

We close by slowing down and sitting with Luke 2:19, where Mary treasures and ponders all these things in her heart. It’s a gentle reminder for us today to pause, reflect, and hold space for what God is doing—especially in moments that feel both overwhelming and sacred. A fitting and meaningful way to wrap up this series and the Christmas story.

The temple was the place where you would expect God to move… yet when He finally did, Zechariah still wasn’t ready for it.

In this final episode of our Ecclesiastes series, we reach Solomon’s conclusion—and ours. We walk through chapters 11 and 12 to see how the Teacher closes his long search for meaning “under the sun,” and why his closing words matter for us today.

We talk about the invitation God gives us while we’re alive to enjoy the simple, good things He’s made—work, relationships, food, rest, beauty—and how those gifts are meant to be received with gratitude, not chased as ultimate meaning.

And while Ecclesiastes wrestles honestly with life’s limits and the certainty of death, the gospel reframes everything. Jesus steps into our broken world, sets us free from sin, and offers a life that doesn’t end. For the believer, we move from life to life—not from life to death—into the fullness of what God intended all along.

Join us as we wrap up this series and consider “the end of the matter," to fear God, keep His commands, and live fully awake to the goodness of God right where we are.
