Long time friend of the pod, Nick Acosta joins the show this week. He is the owner and operator of New Morality Zine which is a self described "Loud Music Label" and has put out great releases from Stateside, Downward and a lot more. We approached our conversation a little differently by pontificating on the importance of hardcore/punk these days, running a record label in 2024 and the shoegaze/social media explosion of certain bands. Josh is a friend. Josh has created a ton of great music with bands like Neil Perry, Hot Cross, Joshua Fit For Battle and much more. Thrilled to welcome a post-rock/prog musician, Rory Friers onto the show. He plays in the band And So I Watch You From Afar and hails from Ireland. A lot of cool and unique things going on with his band and music so I had to bug him while he was over here in the US on tour with Caspian. Very proud to welcome the first OSCAR winner on the podcast in the form of Cord Jefferson.
