100 Words Or Less: The Podcast

Welcome to this weeks chat with my good friend, Josh Hagquist from The Beautiful Mistake! We get into the history of the band, his life being a trumpet player and ego. We really pick apart so many topics that don't typically get covered in this show, so I really hope you enjoy it. They have a new EP out on Wiretap Records in March of 2020. Check out Great American Ghost and their new track, "Prison Of Hate" on Spotify. Their new LP is out now! Visit Rockabilia and use the code PC100WORDS for 15% off of your order. We have a double header of modern metalcore for you today! First up, we have Ethan from Great American Ghost discussing keeping his band together and balancing real life/tour life. Then, I have Travis Tabron who used to sing for the band Varials. We recorded this before he left the band and in this chat, you can hear a little bit of his thought process behind him leaving the band (without me even knowing it!). We also discuss the Philly hardcore scene and why recording vocals is a really terrible experience. Enjoy! Visit Rockabilia and use the code PC100WORDS for 15% off of your order. I have my long time friend, Marc Jackson, on the podcast today. He's one of the most prolific drummers/musicians here in Orange County as he has played in a dozen or so bands in the past and currently gigs around with The Eulogy. He also is an incredible tattoo artist and we get into that subculture quite a bit in this chat. We also talk about the interesting experience of recording "You Don't Have To Be Blood To Be Family" with Throwdown at a hair metal "legends" studio.  Visit Rockabilia and use the code PC100WORDS for 15% off of your order.
