Earlier in the year, I did a survey of lash artists asking who was looking to make a career change...one-third of the people who responded said they are looking to make big changes. That's huge!⁣⁣That all said, one of my lash heroes decided to make some huge changes in her lash career...and this all started before Covid-19 hit. ⁣⁣Sandra Duarte of Lash411 as an individual has probably helped more lash artists than anyone else I know in the industry. She was the first lash artist to share tips and tricks on IG. Her IG lives were epic. ⁣⁣In this week's episode, I sit down with Sandra and talk about why she is moving on from lashes and what has happened over the last year to bring about these changes. ⁣⁣My talk with Sandra went on for over 2 hours so we decided to make two episodes out of the interview.
