This week we cover the case of Jeffrey MacDonald, a US Green Beret who's family was murdered in their home, while Jeffrey's life was spared. With no former marital issues, never any violence, no struggles with drugs and alcohol, military police were confused on whether or not Jeffrey could have committed the crime himself, so they let him go. As the truth began to unravel and more witnesses came forward, Jeffrey's story suddenly included a band of hippies finding themselves on the military base, and ultimately, committing murder.
