One year ago - sitting under a Full Moon on a rooftop in Los Angeles - Kirsten was in the midst of a vulnerability panic attack. The first episode of The Light Path Podcast had just dropped, and she found herself in the ‘what am I doing and who the hell am I to be doing it’ spin-out cycle. A year on this show has become a testament to Kirsten’s favourite quote - my fear is my only courage. In this episode, Kirsten shares her experience of walking through the fear of putting herself out there in this way, the process of the past year, what she has learnt and bids season 1 farewell.
