This year has been one of the most challenging yet eye-opening years of my life.

In this episode, I get real about my journey through health struggles, ancestral patterns, and deep shadow work that forced me to slow down and truly listen. I’ve spent much of 2024 navigating a Saturn-in-the-6th-house transit, which has brought up questions about what’s beneath the pain, both karmically and ancestrally.

I’m sharing my personal story of reckoning with discomfort, unlearning unhealthy regulation patterns, and finding the roots of what’s been holding me back for decades. From grief and stagnation to moments of clarity and breakthroughs, this episode is about uncovering the lessons hidden in the shadows.

The reason I feel it is so important for me to share my story with you is because I need you to know that if you’ve had a hard year - you’re not alone. And if you’re moving through a process of unearthing years of karmic patterns, and ancestral pain points - I am here to walk with you, help you, and support you with this movement.
