Ralph Waldo Emerson once said “Do the thing, and you shall have the power.” You’ll notice how he said “thing” singular, and not “everything.” We tend to glorify people who make huge, sweeping changes and do all the things at once, but the truth is, sticking to small actions with consistency leads to big, long-term success far more often. Sticking to simple habits—whether in finance, fitness, or life—can yield exponential results over time. It's not about being perfect or following strict, rational plans; it's about finding reasonable strategies that keep you engaged and in the game. Small, steady steps can transform your life.
