Recently I found an extremely diverse study done over 100 years and the findings blew me away. Regardless of age, ethnicity, geographical location, and financial status, the happiest people were those who had the deepest and most intentional friendships. Immediately, I knew that this year I wanted to focus more on the friendships in my life to cultivate deeper and more meaningful relationships. 

On today’s show one of my closest friends and Illuminator, Tiffani Casey, joins me to talk about this. You’ll hear how we met and became friends, the challenges we have both faced in make friends when moving to new places, and how hardships have bonded us to the friends in our life.
