In this episode I look at the relationship between sleep and consciousness. Sleep deprivation and broken sleep has got me obsessed with sleep lately. As any parent will testify the early years take a lot of adapting to the changes in our sleep habits.
I always have lots of philosophical questions that my mind seems to open up to and I love finding out answers to them but the questions are the most curious part of learning.
In the process of recording this episode I discovered a bit more about sleep and I think it throws up some questions about our relationship with sleep and our daily habits.
