Is there such a thing? 

Well, there can be. It may just take some mind work. Although we are creating something so beautiful it may be hard to look at our bodies the same. Some mamas really embrace their bumps while others find it difficult to cope with their new stretch marks, puffy face and growing feet! 

Sometimes we just need to take a step back and learn that this is temporary and all for a much bigger purpose and that's where the beauty is! We are creating the next generation, beautiful souls, growing and feeding a whole human being inside of us and not everyone is granted that blessing. This week you will hear Mama Sareena and Amma Lisas thoughts on this beautiful phase of life!
