Israel Keyes was an American serial killer.  Keyes is now deceased but when he died he took many of his deep dark secrets with him.  He truly was a predator with no boundaries.  He killed in several states and is suspected to have done so in others.  That is the mystery of Israel Keyes.  It’s not just about how many victims but where and when.
