It's the first masterpiece of the album and certainly one of the top 10 Ween tracks of all time.  It is also an announcement to the universe that Ween has evolved into an entirely new creature...a 3-Headed 6-Clawed and 8-Fingered mutant monstrosity.  The world will never be the same after this.  That was the Before-fore Time and Captain Walker is bringing us to Tomorrow-morrow Land.
