The subject of morning routines is something people often ask me about, and I know there are some misconceptions around it. In this episode I distil my knowledge, experience and understanding of morning routines, and what I personally do in the mornings and why.
This is a very unique episode which initially I recorded exclusively for the supporters of the podcast - my subscription based patron community. But I decided to share it with all podcast listeners for 2 reasons:
