Do you have a new goal that you need to get closer to in the near future? Or maybe you just have a vague idea about what you need to be doing to get your life to the next level? To arrive at your desired goal, you need to have a solid plan that will help get there quickly and efficiently. 
In this episode of the Live Your Personal Best podcast, I talk about how to utilize the PAL plan to help you accomplish your goals. I also share one of the biggest goals I want to accomplish for myself in the future and how I plan to get there.
