In this video, I share my personal experience of being on an anti-depressant medication, specifically Lexapro, during my first week of treatment. I talk about why I decided to start taking medication, what it feels like to be on it, and how it has affected me physically and emotionally.  I also discuss any side effects that I have experienced and how I have managed them. My hope is that by sharing my story, I can help others who may be struggling with mental health issues and considering starting medication.  Please note that I am not a medical professional, and this video is not intended to provide medical advice.
